The business began in 1970 as a small, family operation and now has rocketed to become a national brand. Happy Apples uses nearly 18 million apples a year in everything from caramel and candy covered apples as well as apple cider. Because of the high demand, they have streamlined their process to produce 300 Happy Apples per minute.
